Terms of sale

These terms apply to every purchase from GGVox (the "Store"), operated by GGVox ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them, together with our Privacy policy and Refund and replacement policy.

1. Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, and able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for giving us a correct, working email address: that is where your keys are delivered.

2. What we sell

We sell digital products: activation keys and codes for games, software, subscriptions and gift cards ("Keys"). A Key gives you the right to activate the product on the platform named on the product page (for example Steam, Xbox or PlayStation), under that platform's own terms. We don't sell physical goods and nothing is shipped.

Before you buy, check the product page carefully: the platform, the region, where the Key can be activated, the delivery type and any system requirements. Keys are often limited to a platform or region; a Key activated on the wrong platform or region can't be exchanged.

3. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in US dollars (USD) and include any fees we charge. Any taxes that apply are shown before you pay.
  • Prices can change at any time, but the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
  • Card payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and others shown at checkout) are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
  • Crypto payments are processed by NOWPayments. Your order total is fixed in USD; the amount of cryptocurrency due is shown on the NOWPayments page and must be sent before the payment window expires. Network fees are paid by you. A payment that arrives late or short is not completed automatically: contact us and we will either complete your order once the full amount is received or refund what you sent.
  • We may cancel an order and refund it in full if a product was listed at an obvious pricing error, if a payment is flagged as fraudulent, or if a Key can't be supplied.

4. Delivery

  • Keys are delivered digitally to the email address you gave at checkout and are shown on your order page (the private link in your confirmation email). Most orders are delivered within minutes; occasionally a security check or our supplier can take up to 24 hours.
  • Pre-orders are charged when you order and the Key is delivered on the release day stated on the product page. If a release is cancelled, you are refunded in full.
  • Keep your order link and Keys private. We will never ask you for a Key.

5. Your right to cancel

Because Keys are digital content delivered immediately, you ask us at checkout to start delivery straight away and you acknowledge that you lose the right to cancel once delivery has started. If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content therefore ends when your Key is delivered. This does not affect your rights if a Key is faulty: see the Refund and replacement policy.

6. Faulty Keys

If a Key doesn't work, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a screenshot of the error. We will check it with our supplier and replace the Key or refund you in full. We can't help with a Key that was activated on the wrong platform or region, or that was shared with someone else.

7. Chargebacks and fraud

Please contact us before disputing a payment: we resolve almost every problem quickly. We may cancel orders, revoke undelivered Keys and close accounts involved in fraud, chargeback abuse or resale in breach of these terms.

8. Use of the Store

Don't misuse the Store: no automated buying, scraping, attempts to break our security, or use of stolen payment methods. Accounts are personal; keep your password safe.

9. Trademarks

Product names, logos and images belong to their owners and are used only to identify the products. GGVox is not affiliated with or endorsed by the platforms or publishers unless stated.

10. Liability

We are responsible for supplying working Keys as described. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for problems caused by the platform or publisher (for example server outages, account bans or changes to a game). Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version on this page when you place your order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of the country where GGVox is registered, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
