This policy explains what personal data GGVox ("we") collects when you use GGVox, why, and your rights. We collect as little as we can, and we never sell your data.
What we collect
- Order details: your email address, the products you bought, prices, order status and the Keys delivered to you.
- Account details (only if you create an account): your name, email address and password (stored securely by our authentication provider, never in readable form), or your Google profile name, email and picture if you sign in with Google.
- Payment information: handled by our payment providers. For card payments, Stripe receives your card details; we only receive the payment status and a reference. For crypto payments, NOWPayments receives your payment and we receive its status, the coin and the amounts.
- Technical data: your IP address is used, at the moment you view a product, to work out your country so we can show whether a Key can be activated where you are. It is looked up on our own servers and not stored. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs for security.
- Messages you send us through our contact form or by email.
Why we use it
- To process your orders, deliver your Keys and send order emails (performing our contract with you).
- To provide customer support and handle refunds.
- To prevent fraud and keep the Store secure (our legitimate interests).
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We don't use advertising or tracking cookies and don't build marketing profiles. We only send marketing emails if you have asked to receive them.
Who we share it with
We share data only with the services that make the Store work, under contracts that protect it:
- Stripe (card payments) and NOWPayments (crypto payments)
- Supabase (our database and sign-in service)
- Resend (sending our emails)
- our hosting provider
- Kinguin, our Key supplier, receives only the products ordered and our order reference, not your name or email
We may also disclose data where the law requires it, or to protect against fraud.
International transfers
Some of these providers process data outside your country. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires (usually up to 10 years). Account data is kept until you delete your account; you can do that yourself on your account page. Support messages are kept for up to 2 years.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent. Contact us at support@ggvox.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to run the Store (your cart, staying signed in, security). See our Cookie policy.
Children
The Store is not intended for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
